The first step in working with a life coach is to set up an initial session. During this meeting, your potential coach will take the time to get to know you and your goals for the coaching relationship. You will also have an opportunity to ask any questions about the process or about the coach’s qualifications that you might have.The next step is to set up regular meetings (usually one hour long) with your coach. This can be done either in person, over the phone, or via Zoom. The frequency of these sessions depends on your needs and the agreement that you and your coach come to together.
